The predicted salary is between 47185 - 131056 £ per year.

You will lead the strategic development of the school's behaviour culture, student conduct, personal development, and wider attitudes to learning, ensuring systems are consistent, relational, and aligned with school values. You will join a collegiate senior team who model integrity and put pupils and staff at the heart of decision-making. The Basildon Academies is focused on developing the whole child; our curriculum enables students to develop knowledge, understanding and skills to become lifelong learners. We set high expectations of all our students to create a positive climate for learning in which every student can reach their full potential. Our Academy is a calm, orderly and purposeful environment where students enjoy their learning, make good progress and feel safe. Our Sixth Form develops independent learning skills to support progress into university or the world of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Has a strong track record of improving behaviour and culture across a secondary setting.
  • Understands both the relational and systemic elements of behaviour leadership.
  • Demonstrates excellent analysis, communication, and implementation skills.
  • Champions safeguarding, inclusion, and equitable access for all pupils.
  • Is committed to ensuring that pupils' attitudes, engagement, and sense of safety meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status is required.
