Reporting into: Sales Director
Job Description
· Achieve agreed sales/margin target
· Enhance existing customer relationships and develop new customers
· Lead relevant trade shows
· Contribute to continuous brand development via activities such as complaints record, benchmarking, product inspection, competitor market research

What we offer:
1. Basic Annual Salary of £32,000
2. Quarterly incentive pay: 20% of year-on-year gross profit growth
