The Basement Project in Calderdale is seeking a dedicated practitioner to develop and coordinate capacity-building for people with substance misuse issues as part of an expanding self-help programme.
You will work proactively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes, help them work towards drug- and alcohol-free lifestyles, access health and social care services, and connect with community groups and support networks.
