On behalf of our client, a leading mid-market European Private Equity fund focused on industrials and retail & consumer sectors, we are seeking an experienced Digital Value Creation Specialist to join their team.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation and deliver long-term value across their Italian portfolio companies. The position spans the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence on new investments to post-transaction integration and exits.
As part of the Digital Value Creation team, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio company business processes using digital tools, data, and analytics. You will work closely with portfolio company management and investment teams to identify and implement high-impact digital opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with investment teams during due diligence to assess digital value creation potential for prospective investments.
- Lead digital transformation projects across portfolio companies, optimizing operations through data-driven solutions and innovative tools.
- Advise portfolio company leadership on strategies for digital integration, operational improvement, and growth.

Key Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a Top Strategy Consulting Firm: A proven track record in a leading consultancy.
- Fluency in Italian
- Data Science Expertise: Strong foundation in data science, including data engineering and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high-value, independent projects that create business impact.
- Experience in projects in the Industrial or Retail & Consumer space.
