Campaign Delivery & Execution

  • Build and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns using LinkedIn, email, voice notes, and landing pages.
  • Set up automated sequences and triggers to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Coordinate message personalisation, A/B testing, and response handling.

Own the Marketing Tech Stack

  • Manage tools including Clay (data enrichment and segmentation), Lemlist (multichannel outreach), ElevenLabs (AI voice), ScoreApp (lead capture), Qwilr (proposals), and Calendly (booking).
  • Ensure integrations across tools and platforms are functioning and optimised.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools as needed to improve speed or quality of execution.
  • Source and build prospect lists from LinkedIn and scraped data.
  • Enrich contact data (emails, phone numbers, titles, signals) via APIs and enrichment tools.
  • Segment audiences based on seniority, industry, buying intent, or use case.

Lead Generation & Content Activation

  • Deploy content-led campaigns including scorecards, thought leadership, and voice note outreach.
  • Work closely with consultants and subject matter experts to publish relevant, timely campaigns.
  • Optimise CTAs, lead magnets, and booking flows to maximise conversion.
  • Track funnel performance: email open/reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to show campaign ROI.
  • Iterate and improve based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong experience executing B2B marketing campaigns in a consulting, SaaS, or services business.
  • Background in consulting, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to work across marketing platforms and integrations.
  • Experience with scraping tools and enrichment via tools like Clay, Lusha, and Apollo.
  • Technical marketing skills including list building, data enrichment, segmentation, and automation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs or GPT-based copywriting.
  • Comfortable working independently to build campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of multi-step outbound nurture campaigns.
  • Growth mindset and a builder attitude.
  • Experience in lead scoring, qualification frameworks, or CRM architecture.
