The Role

This is the CEO's right hand; a trusted, high‑exposure role sitting at the very centre of the business.

The Chief of Staff bridges the CEO, Ex Co and PE shareholder, turning priorities into coordinated action across the group.

They attend board and executive meetings (though the role isn't a formal Ex Co seat) and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibility

  • Owns the cadence, agendas, and follow-through for executive meetings.
  • Leads the preparation and governance of Board and shareholder papers and briefings.
  • Translates strategic priorities into accountable, tracked initiatives and removes execution roadblocks.
  • Manages the private equity relationship across governance, reporting, and communications.

Requirements
