The Role
This is the CEO's right hand; a trusted, high-exposure role sitting at the very centre of the business.
The Chief of Staff bridges the CEO, Ex Co and PE shareholder, turning priorities into coordinated action across the group.
They attend board and executive meetings, (though the role isn't a formal Ex Co seat) and report directly to the CEO.
Responsibility
- Owns the cadence, agendas, and follow-through for executive meetings.
- Leads the preparation and governance of Board and shareholder papers and briefings.
- Translates strategic priorities into accountable, tracked initiatives and removes execution roadblocks.
- Manages the private equity relationship across governance, reporting, and communications.
- Builds trusted relationships across the executive team and wider-business leadership.
- Operates seamlessly from strategic planning to hands-on administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a background in strategy, transformation, or as Chief of Staff – prior experience consulting is a plus
- Experience in multi-site, consumer-facing businesses – hotel/hospitality experience is a plus
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
- Thrives in ambiguity and pace
- PE exposure is a plus
