- Evaluate growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics.
- Drive the annual strategic planning process and develop a five-year strategic plan and financial model.
- Deliver data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.
- Develop investment theses and strategic rationales for organic growth and M&A.
- Partner with Investor Relations to align internal and external strategic messaging.
- 7–12 years’ experience in strategy consulting only, or consulting combined with corporate strategy (ideally within industrials or adjacent sectors).
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to distil complex issues into actionable insights.
- Executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a lean, high-performing team.
- Familiarity with M&A and financial modelling.
This is a high-impact role with regular exposure to C-suite stakeholders. You’ll be part of a lean, dynamic team that sits at the heart of strategic decision-making in a global business—where your insights will directly shape the company’s future.
