Company Overview: A rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, operating across multiple countries, and ranked among the Top 100 InsurTech companies in the UK. The business is undergoing a major transformation as part of its relocation and expansion strategy.

Role Purpose: Lead the ERP and CRM integration and consolidation programme during the company's transition from Israel to the UK. This role will oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems, integration of multiple platforms, and ensure seamless migration to a unified technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end ERP and CRM transformation, including system consolidation and integration.
  • Oversee decommissioning of legacy platforms and migration to modern solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM consolidation (currently 1/3 of systems on Salesforce; others include Oracle and additional platforms).
  • Align technology strategy with business objectives during relocation and growth phases.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, CIO, COO) to ensure programme success.
  • Implement best practices for system integration, data migration, and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance and scalability for a multi-country B2B SaaS business.
  • Lead vendor selection and manage third-party relationships.
  • Deliver transformation within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Programme Director or Transformation Director in ERP and CRM implementations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS businesses, ideally within insurance or banking sectors.
  • Strong background in systems decommissioning and legacy platform migration.
  • Expertise in consolidating multiple CRM and ERP systems.
  • Recent experience in PE-backed businesses.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-country technology programmes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to CEO, CIO, or COO.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in insurance or banking transformation programmes is highly desirable.
