Seeking a Financial Controller to join the finance team in London. This is a hands-on role at the core of the finance function, with responsibility for maintaining the integrity of financial reporting across the group.
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations across the group
- Group reporting and consolidation, including monthly close and management accounts
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies
- Working closely with local finance teams across multiple jurisdictions to drive consistency and accuracy in reporting
- Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives across the finance function as the business continues to scale
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong technical accounting skills with demonstrable experience in balance sheet reconciliations, consolidations, and group reporting
Comfortable operating in a lean finance team where ownership and accountability are expected
Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, or industrials sectors
