About The Role: We are seeking an Associate Professor in Interdisciplinary Global Management who has experience in research and teaching in global management, specifically focusing on:

  • Integrating knowledge from various fields to foster innovative solutions for global management challenges.
  • Organisational behaviour, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Operations Management, Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Interdisciplinary education and research.

The postholder will co-convene BASC0024 BASc Final Year Dissertation and BASC0025 Creative Practice Dissertation, develop new modules linked to interdisciplinary global management, and may undertake other teaching depending on departmental requirements. The postholder will conduct world-leading research, publish high-quality outputs, and develop research networks. This post is full-time and available from 9 August 2025 or as soon as possible after that date.

About You: The postholder will hold a PhD in an interdisciplinary area relevant to global management. Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and research is essential. Experience in leading research teams and mentoring students is also required.
