The role… This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven retail operator who thrives on building partnerships, leading people, and delivering sustainable growth. You’ll take ownership of key grocery retail accounts, developing and executing joint business plans while driving both revenue and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with category, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class account management and execution.
Please note: This role is 3 days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
- Developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve targets
- Leading negotiations and managing contracts
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans
