The role… This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven retail operator who thrives on building partnerships, leading people, and delivering sustainable growth. You’ll take ownership of key grocery retail accounts, developing and executing joint business plans while driving both revenue and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with category, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class account management and execution.

Please note: This role is 3 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P&L ownership and strategic management of grocery retail accounts
  • Building and delivering Joint Business Plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Leading customer negotiations, commercial reviews, and promotional planning
