The Barnsdale in Rutland is seeking a hands-on Restaurant & Events Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team across the restaurant, bar, weddings, conferences and special events.
You will drive guest experience, operational excellence and revenue generation, while overseeing events in both the main hotel and event barn.
You will motivate and develop the team, ensure service standards and hygiene practices, and be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
