We are looking for a highly energetic Bartender with bags of energy, a passion for life and the desire to be the best, to join our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland. Our 46-bedroom hotel overlooks the beautiful Rutland landscape with a picturesque courtyard, with a kitchen brigade providing fine dining using many ingredients sourced from the wealth of fine produce found in the locality. Encircled by idyllic surroundings on the north shore of Rutland Water, the hotel is a tranquil rural haven, close to the charming market towns of Oakham and Uppingham.

You will:
- Have at least 1 years' experience in a premium restaurant, or hotel bar.
- Have a huge passion for beverages, including wine, beers, spirits and cocktails.

- Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where demands change frequently.
