    • Supporting food service across the Hayloft Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Farmhouse Function Suite.
    • Catering for a range of occasions, including everyday restaurant service, weddings, private celebrations and other functions.
    • Working efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are prepared and delivered promptly without compromising on quality.
    • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety at all times.

    • Assisting with food preparation, stock rotation and minimising food waste.
    • Ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas are kept clean, organised and ready for service.
    • Working closely with fellow chefs and other hotel team members to ensure the smooth running of food service.
    • Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues across different kitchen duties as required.

  • Good practical cooking skills and a genuine passion for preparing quality food.
  • An understanding of food hygiene regulations and safe kitchen working practices.
