We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral and Behaviour Support professional to join our team at Barnes Wallis Academy. This is a pivotal role, working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies to support the wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and inclusion of our students. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting vulnerable pupils and their families, and helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. They will provide practical and emotional support, coordinate interventions, work collaboratively with external agencies, and contribute to the academy's wider safeguarding and pastoral provision. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

The Barnes Wallis Academy is a mixed, mainstream, state secondary school located in Tattershall, Lincolnshire. It caters to students aged 11 to 16 and has a growing roll with approximately 470 students currently.
