The Barkantine Practice is a fast-growing NHS practice in the Canary Wharf district on the Isle of Dogs in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. One of the biggest single GP practices in Tower Hamlets, and continuing to increase in list size, we are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our well-organised practice team.

You will be doing eight clinical sessions and one paid development session. We will also pay towards your MDU. You will be entitled to six weeks of annual leave and one week of study leave.

Both newly qualified and experienced GPs are welcome to apply, and you will be supported by an excellent forward-thinking team. You will have the opportunity to use or develop skills and responsibilities in lead roles.

We are keen to recruit doctors who are looking to combine clinical sessions with leadership roles in areas such as CQC, Safeguarding, Caldicott Guardian, and Clinical Governance.
