With support and training, you will work within a large customer portfolio, handling warm leads and enquiries with access to some of the best outbound sales tools available.
Core Responsibilities:- Processing orders and managing admin workload.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and investigative skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales deals.
- Learning to utilise CRM (HubSpot) and lead follow-up systems.
- Proactive and reactive sales call handling to grow business.
- Client relationship management, liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects.
- Representing the company positively and providing the best customer experience.
- Delivering sales against set KPIs, including a monthly sales target that will increase with experience.
- Ensuring adherence to codes of practice and business processes.
- Proficient use of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar).
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales.
- Number literate and familiar with MS Office, particularly Word/Excel.
- Background of achieving targets.
- A strong communicator and negotiator.
- Confident and quick learner.
- Proactive, ambitious, and driven.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on commercial awareness.
- Real team player willing to get involved.

Hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Salary is £25,850 plus uncapped sales commission (OTE £31k). This role is office-based with the option to work from home 1 day per week after probation.
