The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The successful applicant will be responsible for general showroom coordination duties while supporting the central Design, Marketing, and Regional Sales teams during launches. This will include assistance on key sell-ins with set up, pack down and general front of house duties. The Showroom Coordinator may also be required to provide administrative support in quieter periods for both the Marketing and Studio teams.

Responsibilities

  • Working on reception, organising all appointments, deliveries and the showroom diary of Barbour South Shields.
  • Ensuring all individuals are checked in and managing the security of the site whilst in use.
  • Managing any deliveries into the showroom, day-to-day stock management with support of the overall process from the line manager.
  • Assisting with all launch and sell-in activities, including showroom set up, steaming of samples, in-showroom VM support throughout the season in line with brand guidelines and assisting with pack down.
  • Back of House management - ensuring stockrooms are organised, onsite team are fully aware of procedures.
  • Coordinating and sending samples between design teams, market and studio needs.
  • Supporting the central and sales team with transport, refreshments and organised lunches for meetings and partner appointments.
  • Direct phone support to the showroom.
  • Managing of contractors and coordinating any maintenance requirements of the showroom and reporting any issues/emergencies to site services.
  • Responsible for communicating Fire Safety.
