The Barbour is seeking a Customer Service Operator on a temporary basis to join our Customer Services team. You will handle telephone, email and chat enquiries, provide product information, and process returns, service returns or complaints from customers in the UK and beyond.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work, based at Bedesway Distribution Centre in South Shields.
