As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive all the training, coaching and support needed to build a successful career in recruitment. You don't need previous recruitment experience. If you're driven, enjoy speaking with people and are motivated by career progression and earning potential, we'll teach you everything else. Our structured 12-week in-house training programme combines hands‑on learning, one‑to‑one mentoring and daily coaching to help you develop into a specialist recruiter. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own specialist market and long‑term client relationships.
What You Will Be Doing

- A recent graduate (any degree discipline).
- Working in sales, retail, hospitality, estate agency or another customer‑facing role.
