Responsibilities

  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy.
  • Problem solve and design solutions for Amazon's network.
  • Track inbound shipments and help resolve shipment delays or documentation issues.
  • Assist with data reporting, shipment visibility, and operational metrics.
  • Escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within import operations in the EU/UK.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
  • EU/UK Import work background, or focus in higher education.
  • Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
