We are currently supporting a major international energy project and are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team on a 12-month contract based in London. This is a key support role within a busy project environment, focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong communication, and effective coordination across a large, international team.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining systems including MS Teams, SharePoint, shared inboxes, and distribution lists
- Coordinating meetings end-to-end (scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, follow-ups)
- Supporting onboarding of new team members and ensuring smooth integration into the project
- Maintaining document control, filing systems, and project trackers
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and general administrative processes
- Organising project events, meetings, and logistical arrangements
Contract Details:
- 12-month contract (PAYE)
- Inside IR35
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid in London
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
- Proven experience in administration, coordination, or project support roles
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working with international stakeholders
