Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well‑established and growing building services company.

Covering prestigious commercial sites across London and the M25, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault‑finding and repair of commercial HVAC systems across a varied portfolio of client sites.

You will also ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations, build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, and support and mentor junior engineers when required.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Support and mentor junior engineers when required

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Current F‑Glass certification
  • Previous experience within commercial HVAC or building services maintenance
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, AHUs, and associated HVAC equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
