About the Role
Ingenivm Group is a growing specialist recruitment business focused on the US engineering market, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with the right attitude, energy and ambition to join our team. This isn't simply a resourcer role. You'll have the rare opportunity to work closely with a founder who genuinely cares about developing people and has a proven history of creating high-performing recruitment consultants. You'll learn directly from experienced recruitment professionals, develop your skills and have a clear opportunity to progress as you demonstrate your ability.

The Role
You'll support the recruitment team across:
- Candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Shortlisting candidates against live vacancies
- Candidate qualification and telephone screening
- Conducting team interviews
- Building candidate pipelines
- Job advertising
- Lead generation
- Supporting consultants with live recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining accurate candidate information on our CRM database
Person Specification
