The Employment team advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting both employers and senior individuals. You will work closely with an Employment Partner, providing high level secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of their practice.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Employment Partner's day to day administrative workload
- Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- File opening and matter management in line with firm procedures
- High quality document production, formatting and amendment of legal documents
- Drafting correspondence and bills under instruction
- Handling telephone calls and email correspondence with clients professionally
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts as required
- Maintaining accurate filing, archiving and document management systems
