With multiple major schemes secured and starting in 2026, they are strengthening their technical team and looking to appoint experienced Design Managers across several live and upcoming projects. This is a site-based delivery role with projects in NW, SW and east London. Projects are traditional contract, multi-storey residential schemes with associated infrastructure, access roads and commercial elements.

Responsibilities

- Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to protect delivery
- Hands-on technical leadership on live construction projects
