Overview

As a Dispatch Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries, ensuring all goods are packed accurately and shipped on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
  • Book shipments with couriers and generate delivery documentation (labels, invoices, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control
  • Maintain a clean and organised dispatch area
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with stocktakes and other warehouse duties when required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment (manufacturing sector preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
