The Barbican is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to work with the maintenance manager across a large facility and commercial offices in City of London. You will support the Facilities Team of Managers, Building Services Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth delivery of FM services.
Your role includes:
- Coordinating calls
- Allocating tasks to engineers
- Keeping clients updated on response times
- Ensuring all activities are logged in the CAFM system
- Tracking KPI/SLA
