We are looking for a detail-driven Data Administrator to support a critical data-cleansing project within a SharePoint environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organising information, improving data quality, and maintaining clean, accurate, and usable datasets. You will play a key part in ensuring our business teams have access to reliable, up-to-date data, helping to strengthen operational efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Review, sift, and clean existing datasets stored in SharePoint.
- Update, correct, and standardise records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Migrate and restructure information as needed to improve usability and findability.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or outdated entries and take corrective action.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify missing information or resolve data issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards.
- Maintain version control and document updates clearly.
- Support ongoing data quality checks and improvements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
