We're looking for an experienced wine professional to join the Front of House team at our intimate wine bar, The Mulwray, in the heart of Soho. Tucked away above our 12-set Michelin star restaurant, Evelyn’s Table, this is a unique opportunity to join The Mulwray team.
We are looking for a hospitality professional with a deep appreciation for wine, exceptional guest engagement skills, and a desire to create memorable experiences in a thoughtfully curated environment within the prestigious Blue Posts building. You’ll be excited about all things wine. We collaborate with top-tier suppliers to remain at the forefront of wine trends. We want to excite and delight guests with our extensive by the glass service.
Well-versed in the world of wine with ideally WSET Level 3, you’ll confidently guide and advise our guests with personalised wine recommendations from our 150 bins and the tales behind every glass. You’ll be highly trained – whether it’s across classic wine regions, varietals and vintages or newer, biodynamic and natural wines – and looking to progress your wine knowledge.
A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in service, you will work closely with our small, close-knit and collaborative team of Chefs and Front of House to shape our guests’ journeys from the moment they arrive. Passionate about detailed hospitality, you’re enthusiastic about getting to know our guests, intuitive at reading them and keen to go above and beyond to make their time with us a highlight.
