We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join us for our most ambitious project to date at The Barbary Notting Hill. Bringing the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood, our newest opening features the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary and a dedicated cocktail bar.
A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. Passionate about detailed hospitality and exceptional guest experience with a commitment to high standards. You’ll be working with the Head Chef as part of the senior management team to optimise our standards of service.
An accomplished Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar style of restaurant. You’ll support the General Manager on onboarding, training, statutory compliance, profitability and maintenance. A strong background in beverage with WSET Level 2 is desirable.
Balanced rota, with a variety of daytime and evening shifts. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in an ambitious and award-winning restaurant group.
