Front of House – The Barbary Notting Hill

Contract: PermanentSalary: Up to £16.50/hour

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join us for our most ambitious project to date at The Barbary Notting Hill!

We bring the Barbary experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood with the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, our beloved elemental cooking and a dedicated cocktail bar.

You’ll be:

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. You will engage our guests sitting up at the bar and guide them through the whole Barbary experience while you prepare our cocktails and beverages to the highest standards.
• Knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wine. We encourage our bartenders to work with our team on developing the ever-evolving cocktail list. Previous experience bartending in a similar restaurant environment will set you up for success with us.
• Excited to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. We approach set-up, service and clean-down with the highest standards, helping each other along the way. You’ll be experienced on the floor and comfortable getting stuck in and supporting the Waiters during a busy service.
