Nestled in the heart of London’s West End you’ll find The Palomar. We’re on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Partie to become part of our kitchen team. Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the rich cultures of Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant. Whether in the midst of the action sat up at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city’s dining scene.

You’ll be:

  • Passionate about ingredient-led cooking and accomplished in the hustle and bustle of a high-energy kitchen environment. From prep to service, ensuring consistency and outstanding quality in everything we do is essential to our vibrant culinary experience.
  • Excited to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Our chefs pride themselves on their close-knit camaraderie and shared commitment to excellence. You will share your knowledge and best practices to assist in the training of new chefs.
  • Curious and keen to learn and grow. Under the tutelage of our Head Chef Dan Murray, you’ll develop your understanding of the cuisines from Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant, including their ingredients and techniques.
