The Role
The Assessment Officer is primarily responsible for the assessment of incoming information about those regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) and taking decisions on whether complaints should be referred for consideration of enforcement, supervision, or other types of action. The post holder will own a range of cases of varying complexity within agreed timescales and contribute to the team\’s handling of general enquiries.
