An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional CQC Registered Home Manager to join our Supported Living Service in Northampton.

About the Service
The service is based in a Victorian terraced house located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Northampton. The accommodation is set over four floors and includes:

Kitchen
Staff office
Garden offering a tranquil space for residents

As a Registered Home Manager , you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for vulnerable young adults. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated staff team while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards.
Diploma Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a supported living home
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
Strong knowledge of safeguarding
Computer literate
