We're looking for a confident, people-focused Senior HR Advisor to support our Midlands and Birmingham area .

This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' HR Advisory experience who is ready to take on a broader, more strategic role while still building their expertise
You'll work closely with General Managers, Regional Managers, AGMs and HODs, providing practical HR support, managing a varied caseload, and helping shape a positive people culture across our clubs and spas.
