We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Cross Border Payments Product Manager (International Payments) to join our Global Payments & Trade SmartPay Global Product Management team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Help define and refine the product strategy for multicurrency accounts, including value proposition and long-term roadmap.
- Help drive adoption, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure robust documentation and controls.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across Operations, Sales and Client Service.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Payments experience, including VP-level accountability for complex financial products or platforms.
- Proven experience in transaction banking and at least one of: multicurrency accounts or cross-border payments.
- Understanding of agile product delivery.
- Experience working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Control teams and with working with Client Service and Relationship Teams to resolve client issues.
- Ownership mindset.
- Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation; comfortable challenging the status quo.
