We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our Wealth Services Operations Asset Movement Team.

This role is located in Manchester, UKIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage team processing asset movement ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed service levels, including inbound, outbound, internal, and external asset movement activityOversee processing of asset movement instructions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to operational procedures and control requirementsEnsure timely investigation and resolution of exceptions, breaks, rejected instructions, and aging items, acting as main escalation point for unresolved issues and queriesDevelop and maintain working relationships with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, brokers, and other stakeholders to progress asset movement activity and resolve issuesMonitor team queues, case volumes, and priority items to ensure timely completion of daily workEnsure all activity is completed in accordance with risk and control standards, escalation procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate maintenance of accurate records and supporting documentation for all asset movement-related activity.

Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, recurring issues, and control gaps with a particular focus on AI and digital solutionsProvide subject matter support to colleagues and assist with training or guidance for less experienced team members where needed.

Recruits, leads, motivates, and develops staff to maximize individual contribution, support professional growth, and foster strong team collaborationTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Experience in operations, asset servicing, wealth services, securities processing, or asset movement-related functions.

Good understanding of asset movement processes, controls, and operational risks.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume processing accurately.

Effective problem-solving and investigation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment. Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
