In this role you will analyze business needs and translate them into technical specs for IT projects. You will liaise across IT to improve processes, define scope, and support design, testing, and user training. You’ll help shape business solutions with a focus on risk, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled transformation. Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business requirements and functional specifications for small to moderate projects
- Define system scope and objectives and translate requirements into design, test plans, and user documentation
- Interface with IT to resolve issues and improve business processes
- Support functional design, user documentation, and testing activities
- Provide design support to development teams and guidance to less experienced colleagues
- Train users on new/enhanced applications and support testing activities
- Identify improvement areas and collaborate with technology teams to enhance applications
- Apply regulatory and corporate risk considerations to improve processes through technology
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Technical experience preferred
- Ability to interface with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience defining functional designs and user documentation
- Experience supporting testing and training activities
- Knowledge of risk and control considerations in technology-based processes
