We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Cash Management to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- EMEA Middle Office supports Corporate Treasury execution desks providing pre and post execution services from Security set-up to Trade Confirmation and Settlement Oversight.
- We support Corporate Treasury in fixed income, money market, Interest rate swaps, and FX markets and ensure their transactions are processed and confirmed with counterparties and settlement occurs on time and accounting records are accurate.
- This role allows for a unique opportunity to interact with most areas of the investment lifecycle from counterparties, traders, brokers, custodians and internal accounting group.
- As part of a global team, you will work with your colleagues to address booking, matching and settlement discrepancies to ensure the trades are settled on time.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in Fixed Income Middle Office.
- Familiarity with points of integration between Middle Office, Custody, Accounting, Reg. Reporting, and technology teams.
- The ideal candidate is likely to bring 3+ years of total work experience.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the Aladdin platform (ideally Security Master, ADAM, View, Explore, DECO) as well as MarkitWire/Summit.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo & derivative products such as FX & IRS swaps.
- Experience facing to external trading counterparties.
- Understanding of Reg. Reporting requirement & Industry practices for example MiFID, SFTR.
- Presentation skills and communication skills - Ability to organize, communicate with, and influence a range of audiences internally and externally; expectation to display exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply.
- Team player - Ability to work within functional teams sharing knowledge, best practices, and support to the team.
- Analytical skills - Expected to disseminate information and present data in a logical manner and ultimately contribute to future product delivery and able to understand a diverse and complex technology and operations infrastructure.
