We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Wrapper Management team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Approving operational tasks, completed by junior members, linked to savings and retirement products
- Review reports for HMRC reporting and assist junior members of staff with submission
- Assist junior members of Wrapper Management team with complex queries and client escalations
- Conduct reviews of processes for efficiency and seek continuous improvement in Operational processes
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Ability to work with precision and ownership in a high‑volume environment
- Clear, inclusive communication and a commitment to client service
- Experience in financial services operations or wealth operations essential
- High school/secondary education or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory
- Several years of total work experience essential; we value transferable skills and diverse experiences
- Experience in people management is welcomed but not essential
- AI proficiency preferred
