You stay abreast of digital assets trends to inform platform evolution and production readiness. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive compensation /li li comprehensive benefits /li li wellbeing programs /li li global resources/tools /li li paid leave including volunteer time /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own end-to-end technical architecture for a new platform combining web apps, distributed services and distributed ledger tech /li li Lead and grow a hands-on team of full-stack engineers, setting direction, mentoring, and coding /li li Design and build front-end/back-end components and integrate with smart contracts and ledger layer /li li Define and evolve architecture for usability, scalability, performance, security and resilience /li li Shape platform integration with internal/external parties via well-documented APIs aligned with enterprise standards /li li Partner with product owners, business analysts, scrum masters and senior stakeholders to translate processes into a technical roadmap /li li Drive engineering excellence across automated testing, CI/CD, code review, observability and secure-by-design practices /li li Represent platform in architecture governance forums and coordinate with platform/security/infrastructure/enterprise teams to scale from MVP to production /li li Stay current with digital assets and distributed ledger developments to evaluate value for the platform and business /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience in financial services technology with senior technical leadership of complex platforms /li li Hands-on architect and engineer who writes production code while leading teams /li li Delivery experience on blockchain or distributed ledger projects, including smart contract development and security/testing/operations /li li Broad full-stack experience across multiple back-end and front-end frameworks, with ability to select appropriate tools /li li Deep knowledge of distributed/microservice architectures, modular front-end architectures, reactive UX and API-first design /li li Experience designing for high availability, scalability and resilience including containerised and cloud-native deployment /li li Strong command of modern CI/CD, automated testing strategies and DevOps practices /li li Experience in Agile environments with balance between delivery pressure and architectural health /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior technology and business leaders /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li stakeholder management /li li leadership and people development /li li blockchain and distributed ledger technologies /li li smart contract development and security /li li full-stack development across multiple languages/frameworks /li /ul
