We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager – Payments API Onboarding to join our Global Payment and Trade Clients team. This role is in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage end-to-end API onboarding projects from intake through testing and production go-live.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate API testing, production validation, and early go-live support while ensuring all onboarding steps, approvals, and governance requirements are completed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A number of years project management experience in financial services.
  • Experience with payments or API onboarding.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with APIs or digital products, Agile or Scrum methodologies, or PMP or similar certification is preferred.
