We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Operations Manager to join our Global Collateral Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive work experience preferred.
- Strong AI and digital tools capability; light coding experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of collateral management processes, including margining, dispute resolution, settlements, substitutions, and exposure monitoring.
- Solid understanding of financial products, market infrastructure, and the operational lifecycle supporting collateral activity.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Strong risk and control mindset, with experience ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a robust operational environment.
- Demonstrated client focus, with the ability to manage relationships, resolve escalations, and enhance service delivery.
- Ability to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and change initiatives across a global model.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Client Services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and influence outcomes.
