Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutionsSupport strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategyDevelop more junior members of staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stake-holders and partners including clients; front, middle and back office; counterparties and vendors To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven experience working with large, complex clients, resolving critical, non-routine issuesOperational exposure to a wide array of fund types and asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, real assets) Operations or Middle Office experience Problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and experience analyzing complex information.
Ability to lead and provide guidance to less experienced team membersTrack record in driving process improvement and leading efficiency initiatives Strong communications skills and an ability to collaborate with other groups, influence successful outcomes, and challenge views where appropriate. A team player, who is also comfortable to take individual ownership and initiative.
