Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics solutions for financial-services clients. You will translate client needs into data, functional, and solution requirements and tailor platforms to fit. You’ll manage data migration, oversee multiple implementation stages, and showcase our processes and best practices to drive adoption. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintain deep product and domain knowledge. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role within the Data & Analytics Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Data & Analytics products for new and existing clients
  • Conduct client discovery, needs assessments, and requirements documentation; translate into data and solution requirements
  • Configure and customize platforms to align with client needs
  • Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Oversee all implementation stages: analysis, configuration, QA, data take-on, knowledge transfer, UAT support, parallel runs, go-live
  • Demonstrate processes and best practices for solution adoption through product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Product Development, and Support to ensure timely delivery
  • Use SharePoint, Confluence and Jira to capture risks, issues, actions, progress, and time estimates
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Eagle & Data Vault capabilities, Data & Analytics offerings, and industry best practices

Key requirements

  • Experience implementing data management, investment data, accounting, or analytics applications in professional services or client delivery
  • Experience with Eagle Data Management, Data Vault, or Eagle Accounting is highly desirable (other platforms considered)
  • Domain knowledge of financial services, especially asset management or asset servicing
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, and client training
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and apply product knowledge
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and investigating data; comfortable with data structures, mappings, and reconciliation outputs
  • Ability to understand how design and data flows affect connected systems and client outcomes
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, able to work independently or in a team
