As Senior Vice President, you will lead client onboarding and integration initiatives from requirements through production support, acting as the primary technical contact. You’ll advise on APIs, data interfaces, and wealth-management workflows while coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Relationship teams. You’ll create practical implementation guidance and client-facing materials, and identify automation opportunities to enhance onboarding and the client experience. This role offers impact by shaping onboarding outcomes at scale for institutional clients. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and integration projects from requirements to go-live
- Provide technical consultancy on APIs, Data Shares, file interfaces, and investor/account onboarding
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Asset Servicing, Data and Relationship Management teams
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, defects and client communications
- Create and maintain implementation guidance and client-facing technical materials
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, automation, and the overall client experience
Key requirements
- Significant experience in financial services, wealth management, custody, or platform businesses with proven delivery of technical onboarding/integration projects
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies (APIs, data feeds, SFTP, XML, JSON, event and batch-based interfaces)
- Proven ability to work with external clients and senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to manage priorities and risks to go-live
- Knowledge of wealth management platforms; experience with Snowflake, order processing, portfolio management, corporate actions, settlements, custody or regulatory reporting is desirable
