Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives to ensure disciplined delivery
  • Act as senior accountable owner for cross‑functional initiatives with alignment and measurable results
  • Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into executive insights for decision‑making
  • Translate priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines
  • Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to align reporting and execution with objectives
  • Enable data‑driven decision‑making by delivering high‑quality management insights
  • Provide forward‑looking client trend analyses to support reviews
  • Maximise team effectiveness and cohesive performance in support of enterprise goals

Key requirements

  • Master’s degree; MBA/CFA preferred
  • Experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management
  • Experience in Global Operations Business management
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise efficiencies
